Chasing Amy

Holden and Banky are best friends and authors of "Bluntman and Chronic" a popular comic book. Holden meets Alyssa who is a comic book artist and happens to be a lesbian. Holden's new relationship with Alyssa strains his life-long friendship with Banky. Holden tries to keep his relationship with Alyssa strictly platonic, but falls in love with her, complicating both of their lives. The relationship between the two hits a wall because Holden is unable to deal with her past.
