By accessing or using Playlogs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Playlogs is an independent game logging service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Epic Games, game publishers, platform holders, or IGDB / Twitch beyond permitted use of the IGDB API and related metadata. Console names, publisher names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

Game titles, descriptions, cover art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Game metadata and cover image URLs are provided via IGDB. We display those images from their CDN for identification purposes and do not claim ownership of that artwork. Playlogs is not an official catalog, storefront, or reseller.

You retain ownership of the logs, ratings, notes, and reviews you create. By posting them on Playlogs, you grant Playlogs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service (for example, showing community reviews on a game page).

You may not use Playlogs to infringe others’ rights, harass people, spam, scrape the service in abusive ways, or break the law. We may remove or restrict content (including logs or reviews) that appears to infringe intellectual property or violate these rules, and we may suspend accounts when necessary.

If you believe content on Playlogs infringes your copyright or other IP rights, email legal@playlogs.net with: (1) a description of the work, (2) the URL or location of the material on Playlogs, (3) your contact information, and (4) a good-faith statement that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder. We will review reports and respond as reasonably practical.

Playlogs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playlogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
