Agony of a Dying MMO

Agony of a Dying MMO is a narrative horror game that takes place in the final hours of a massively multiplayer online game before its servers shut down for good leaving behind a dedicated, but divided community of players.

Agony is centered around a fictitious MMO game, Garden of Widows, and how its last server would be permanently closed down at 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2020, after 20 years of operation. The player takes on the perspective of several users that are experiencing the last 12 hours that the server would be active until it is shut down.
