Deirdre

Deirdre is an Action Roguelike game where you fight a looping Gauntlet of Bosses.

Before the start of time, a sacred realm was formed to isolate anomalies from the usual reality. Deirdre, the Goddess of Time, overran the timeless limbo. Throughout history, many places and individuals have been brought to Deirdre’s Domain as sacrifices or for the crimes and blasphemies they have committed. As the time anomalies increased, so did the sacred realm’s habitat. The prisoners would be tormented in various ways while the ones that have proved themselves were granted Deirdre’s Apotheosis, to be her servant Angels. One day, a group of tormented prisoners with weapons formed together to get their revenge on the Goddess of Time and her Angels. Over time, they have discovered the magical attributes of Torque. The essence of spin would fuel Deirdre’s Domain the same way Time fuels ours. The heroes would enchant their arsenal with Torque, allowing stronger methods to torment their enemies back. The Angels shifted their focus to decimating the rebels to protect Deirdre. Dokuraki, Valerie, and Ball, the Torque-imbued prisoners of time, started taking on the Angels one by one with their fueling rage and lethal weaponry. Will they be able to break Deirdre’s curse? Or are they truly hopeless against Time…
