About This Game

The most ferocious demonic forces have erupted into Sanctuary. Combat demonic hordes in the new Infernal Hordes feature in both Seasonal and Eternal Realms. Pursue new hellish powers with over 50 new Uniques and Legendaries. Cross paths with Lilith’s followers who warn of Sanctuary’s imminent demise at Mephisto’s hand.
