About This Game

Blow your way out of a collapsing bomb factory! In Escape Velocity, you play an alien ant named Gerund as they navigate the ruins of their former workplace. Using a prototype demolition tool known as the Starter, break rubble, launch objects, prime cannons, and fling yourself to safety!

The planet of Aculeata, where you and all your alien ant friends live, is being bombed and it might be your company's fault. Scratch that, it's definitely your company's fault. More specifically, your CEO Rojar's fault. While your co-workers flee, you, Gerund, brave the crumbling facility to rescue Rojar after he, for once, asks for help. You don't make it in time to save him, but he leaves you a gift: the Starter, an experimental blasting tool that is critical for making your way out of the now-ruined facility.
