Her name was "Reisen" and she said that a leisure facility had been built in the Moon City and she had come to welcome Reimu as a representative of the earth. At the shrine, Ibaraki Kasen and Mononobe Futo, who are staying there, are fed up with their daily training. Reimu is willing to go to a leisure facility if it looks like fun and is free of charge during the pre-opening period. Reimu goes to the moon through a transporter installed in the shrine, but what awaits her there is "Reisen" and "Hata no Kokoro," who has come from the earth for some reason. Reisen is worried that she and Reimu will be severely punished for having unauthorized visitors in the lunar capital, where visitors from the earth are frowned upon. Will Reimu's group be able to return to earth just to have fun and play normally? Reimu's journey to find new wonders on the moon has begun.
