About This Game

Monster Rancher 1 DX is an updated version of Monster Rancher, featuring additional save slots, Freeze slots, Monster Hall of Fame slots, memos, rankings, and a high-speed mode. It was released together with Monster Rancher 2 DX in the Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX bundle.

The game doesn't have a traditional narrative or plot in the way that some story-driven games do. Instead, the focus is on the player's journey to become a successful Monster Breeder through raising and training a variety of monsters.
