As his body feels like a puppet controlled by an intangible force, Sipriest’s fractured life takes a sharp turn when he begins to hear a soft, disembodied female voice guiding him toward uncovering a forgotten identity. For months, he has also been haunted by a bizarre figure, its skull adorned with an embedded book. Sipriest senses a strange connection to this entity—one that feels both threatening and inviting. Despite the unease, he longs to communicate with it, to build a semblance of rapport, to draw closer. He is convinced it is a kindred spirit, someone unable to recognize his features, an eerily perfect shadow. Whose voice is calling to him? What are the true intentions behind the book?
