About This Game

Pokémon Yellow Legacy is a rom hack made by TheSmithPlays based on the Pokémon Yellow disassembly. The Legacy games attempt to bring each game to it’s fullest potential while retaining the identity of the original.

The game begins in Pallet Town, Professor Oak warns you about wild Pokémon and gives you a starter Pokémon. You'll meet Oak's grandson who is also your rival and embark on a journey to defeat eight Gym Leaders, earn the Gym Badges, and enter the Indigo League. Along the way, you battle Team Rocket, a criminal organization misusing Pokémon for nefarious purposes.
