About This Game

Rockman 2: Gray Zone is a high-difficulty, complete overhaul ROM hack of Rockman 2. The project dramatically transforms the original game by shifting its visual identity into a darker, distinctly melancholic aesthetic through custom graphics and heavily redesigned stages. In addition to forcing players to adapt to aggressive new boss AI behaviors, the hack entirely replaces the standard soundtrack with ported melodies from other iconic franchises, such as using Mega Man X themes for its reimagined stages.
