About This Game

Last Rites is a hand-drawn 2D fighting game set in a dark fantasy world overrun with monsters. You play as one of 3 characters — the Gravedigger; Reilia, the Vampire; and Reiner, the Knight — all with unique movesets and playstyles. The characters each have their own set of color palettes, as well as a home-field stage with 3D environments and a corresponding music track. Play against friends at the computer or on the couch in Versus mode, go solo and battle your way through the Story and Arcade modes, or improve your skill and learn new combos in Training mode. The game was made in 9 months by Media Design School Game Art Bachelor students.
