About This Game

An all-ages port of White Breath ~With Faint Hope~. Tsukasa is in his second year of high school, and is an ace striker for the soccer club. He enjoys his school life with his friends, and hopes it will never end. But one day, he is struck down by incurable illness, and a doctor tells him that his life might not last until the graduation day....
